Certifications and Warranties

A warranty is only as good as the installation behind it. Manufacturers reserve their strongest coverage for crews trained on the products they install, and many contractors skip that training because it costs time and money to maintain.

Our crews hold three separate certifications, and each covers a different part of a project. GAF Master Elite status, held by fewer than 2% of roofing contractors nationwide, requires ongoing training and insurance verification most roofers skip. 

The same principle applies to decking and siding: a Trex Pro Platinum crew and a James Hardie-certified crew each carry warranty protection that a non-certified installer's work typically doesn't. 

On an older Clackamas property, where framing and moisture conditions vary from house to house, that credential keeps the manufacturer's coverage in place rather than quietly voiding it.

That protection doesn't matter until something goes wrong. By then, it's too late to add it.

Housing along Sunnyside Road and the I-205, near Clackamas Town Center, tends to run newer. Move toward the edges of the community, closer to Milwaukie or Happy Valley, and you'll find more mid-century ranch homes and older manufactured units, each with different framing and moisture patterns behind the walls.
