Our GAF Master Elite® Partnership
Not every roofing crew can call itself GAF Master Elite®. The designation belongs to fewer than 2% of roofing contractors in the country, and GAF only extends it to crews that clear strict licensing, insurance, and training standards, then re-checks that record every year. Elm Construction Services holds that certification, which is why our roofing work in Portland comes backed by GAF's strongest manufacturer warranty options.
What the Master Elite Standard Changes for Your Roof
GAF re-evaluates Master Elite contractors annually on training completion, insurance coverage, and customer satisfaction records, so the standard doesn't loosen once the sign goes up in the yard. That means the same nail spacing and valley flashing standard applies to every roof we install, whether or not GAF ever inspects the finished result.
Our GAF Preferred Installer status also gives you access to stronger warranty options on qualifying installations, coverage that isn't available through every roofing contractor.
