Trex reserves Pro Platinum status for the smallest group in its contractor network: installers who've completed in-depth product training and built multiple Trex decks that passed the manufacturer's own inspection. Elm Construction Services holds that status, which is what lets us offer an extended warranty most deck builders can't.

What Platinum Status Adds to Your Deck

Composite decking depends on what's underneath it: joist spacing, hidden fastening, ventilation, the parts that don't show up in a finished photo but decide whether the deck stays flat ten years from now. Trex trains Platinum installers on those specifics for every board profile and railing system it sells.
