How the Roof Coating Process Works

• Cleaning: The surface is pressure-washed to remove dirt, moss, debris, and anything else that would prevent the coating from bonding properly.
• Repairs and sealing: Minor defects, open seams, and flashing points are repaired and sealed. A coating applied over unaddressed damage won’t hold.
• Coating application: The coating is applied in one or more layers to form a continuous, waterproof, UV-reflective membrane over the roof surface.
• Curing: The coating cures to a durable finish. Cure time depends on the product used and weather conditions at the time of application.
